In their final game before the annual Ontario Elimination tournament the Sox defeated the Thornhill Reds 7-6.  Denis Hucal got the win and Ryan Turner picked up the save.  Offensively the Sox were led by Peter Ricciardi who had 4 hits and 2 runs scored.  The Sox next action will be game #1 of the Elims when they take on the Windsor Stars on Friday Aug 4th at 1pm.
